Terms & Membership

By creating an account and using The AI Nexus Club ("the Club"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership

Explorer — free tier: access to the public news channel, one recorded Deep Dive per month, and the open resource library.
Pro Resident — paid tier: access to all closed Telegram chats and channels, live weekly calls, early beta access, pitch sessions and co-founder matching.

2. Payments

Pro is available as a recurring subscription via Stripe (for international members) or as a one-time payment for a chosen period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months via YooKassa (for members paying in Russian rubles). Base prices are set in USD; ruble amounts are calculated at the Central Bank of Russia rate at the time of payment. Stripe subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid period. One-time payments are not auto-renewed. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer law.

4. Code of conduct

Be respectful. No harassment, spam or illegal content.
Do not share closed Club content or invite links outside the Club.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Access

Membership is personal and non-transferable. Closed Telegram access is granted via a personal one-time invite link tied to your account; access is revoked when your membership ends. We provide community access "as is" and may change formats, schedules or features.

6. Liability

The Club provides networking and educational content and does not guarantee specific outcomes (jobs, funding, partnerships).
